SALT

The formula

Three electrolytes.
Nothing extra.

SALT is built around three electrolytes — sodium, potassium and magnesium — at the levels we believe make sense for daily hydration in a hot climate. The list ends there. We have not added caffeine. We have not added a vitamin stack. Every ingredient is doing a job, declared on the panel, and named on the front of the box.

The formula

Three electrolytes.
Nothing extra.

SALT is built around what your body actually loses when it sweats. The three electrolytes you need most, at the levels you need them. No caffeine, no added vitamins, no padding.

Mix one sachet into 750 ml of still water.

  • Sodium

    500 mg

Replaces what sweat takes out first

  • Potassium

    200 mg

    Supports normal muscle function

  • Magnesium

    60 mg

    Contributes to energy metabolism

  • Sugar

    3 g

    For taste and uptake

  • Caffeine

    None

    No stimulants

  • Added vitamins

    None

    Three electrolytes. Nothing extra.

Sodium

500 mg

Sodium is the electrolyte your body loses most through sweat. The authorised health claim "sodium contributes to normal hydration" reflects what it actually does — keeps the water you drink useful to you. 500 mg per sachet sits in the range commonly used in daily hydration products built for hot climates.

Potassium

200 mg

Potassium pairs with sodium. The authorised claims are clear: potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. We use 200 mg per sachet.

Magnesium

60 mg

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to energy-yielding metabolism and to electrolyte balance. The 60 mg dose is meaningful without being a vitamin-style mega-dose. It earns its place on the panel.

The SALT difference

Less label.
More work.

We took everything off the panel that wasn't doing a clear job, then put more of what was. Three electrolytes, the right amounts, mixed into a real volume of water.
